Il dossier dei legali Westpfal, Spliker e Wastl sostiene che il teologo bavarese, ai tempi dell’arcivescovato, si sia reso artefice di “comportamenti non corretti” su quattro casi di abuso. Ratzinger, che è stato arcivescovo di Monaco-Frisinga dal 1977 al 1981, avrebbe “negato” o “minimazzato” quegli episodi.
